Teachers Day is celebrated all over the world on different days each year to honor all teachers for their contribution to education and society. In India, Teachers Day is celebrated on 5th September and commemorates the birthday of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a great teacher, scholar and the second President of India. The day is an opportunity to appreciate and recognize the hard work and dedication of teachers in grooming the future generations. To foster stronger relationships between teachers and students, special activities are organized in schools like skit performances, speeches, and competitions. Teachers are the most valuable and influential resources in a society especially in shaping the behavior, character, and future of students.
