They can be set up to blink in sync with music, or blink randomly to create a captivating pattern. Some people even shape the lights into animals and other characters. Christmas lights are also known for their artistic value as they make up numerous displays throughout different cities. These displays, usually created in parks or main streets, often have a festive theme, such as Santa's workshop.
